CBS NEWS MAN ON THE MOON PROMOTIONAL 7" RECORD AND PICTURE SLEEVE.
7" long play or 33 1/3 record from CBS News with Walter Cronkite. Color
heavy cardboard picture sleeve features the surface of the Moon. A quote
from John F. Kennedy dated May 25th, 1961 is printed on the back cover.
CONDITION:
Record appears to be in excellent condition, perhaps never played. (Please
request for us to listen to the record if this is a concern before
ordering). The hard cardboard sleeve is in very fine condition.

COMMEMORATIVE RECORD OF APOLLO 11 FLIGHT: FIRST MAN ON THE MOON JULY 1969.
7" record which features narrative by Hugh Downs (of ABC News 20/20
fame) with the first words spoken by Man on the Moon. Released on MGM
Records, #PX-101. The picture sleeve features an illustration of Apollo 11
lunar module landing on the Moon, and the back features the plaque which was
left on the Moon with "Here men from the planet Earth first set foot upon the
Moon July 1969, A.D. We came in peace for all mankind".
CONDITION:
There are some bends and creases to the paper of the picture sleeve. The
original price sticker of .39 cents is still applied to the front of the sleeve.
The record appears to be in excellent condition, possibly never played.

GENERAL DOUGLAS MacARTHUR NOTEBOOK, 1942.
Vintage children's
workbook or notebook featuring an illustration of General Douglas MacArthur on
the front cover. Illustrated by Carl Bohnen, and copyright dated 1942.
The book is thin, with a soft cardboard cover, and red taped spine. A
biography of Douglas MacArthur is printed on the back cover. The book has
been used, apparently as a workbook for music class as there are musical and
compositional notes and scales throughout along with hand-written music on the
last few pages.
CONDITION:
The book is in fair condition. As
mentioned, it has been used. There is yellow highlighter on the front
cover, which seems to blend in well with the sepia-toned illustration, but still
noticeable.

MARX Confederate Soldier RED MILLER, Warriors Of The World, MIB,
1960's.
This is the RED MILLER Confederate Soldier figure, released by MARX
Toys as a part of their "Warriors Of The World" series. The figure is hard
plastic, hand painted "by Artists", & measures approx. 2 ½" tall.
Comes with the paper insert in the box, which is stamped on the front with the original
price of ".10c". The insert features a color illustration of RED MILLER
on one side & a brief bio of him on the other.
CONDITION:
There is a bayonet
pictured on both the box & the insert sheet, but there is no bayonet on the figure---does
not appear that the figure would fit in the box, as he just fits inside without the
bayonet. There is a split in the plastic of his "rifle strap", original
condition? Other than what was mentioned, no damage to this figure. Box displays
normal shelf wear.

JFK:
KENNEDY Charm On Bracelet, 1960's.
This vintage bracelet,
manufactured in the early 1960's, features a gold tone charm of a bust of John F.
Kennedy on a pedestal. The charm is attached to a heavy, thick link bracelet, which
closes with a flip over and snap closure.
CONDITION:
Both the charm & the
bracelet are in excellent condition.

JFK:
KENNEDY Memorial Flasher Charm, 1963.
This vintage memorial
flasher charm features a color photo of JFK, which then flashes to the American flag
with "35th President" on top, "John F. Kennedy" and "1917-1963"
at the bottom. Flasher is encased in silver tone plastic with embossed back. Charm
is attached to a thin chain with a bar at the end.
CONDITION:
There are a few
minor rubs to the corners of the plastic frame. No damage to the flasher.

This vintage
memorial album features a color photo of JFK on the front cover. "Highlights
of speeches made by our beloved President", the album is recorded from "A

November 22, 1963. Narraged by Ed Brown; produced by Martin Plissner and Ed Brown;
Roger W. Turner, Director of News and Public Affairs. Recorded speech material from
the files of Radio Press International." Album released by Premier Albums, Inc.
CONDITION:
Cover
is in fair condition with some splits to the seams. Record appears to be in fine
condition.

AMY At The White House Paperdolls Playset SIP, 1970's.
This sealed
playset, AMY At The White House, features color paper dolls of The Carter Family,
the White House, the Washington Monument, Secret Service Agents, as well as a limo,
rose garden, helicopter, lemonade stand, bench, bike, and a table. All in the original
box, which is still sealed in the original shrink-wrap. Set was manufactured during
the Carter Presidential term of office by The Toy Factory. Color photo of the playset
on the front of the box in addition to a color illustration of AMY in the upper left
corner.
CONDITION:
As mentioned, this vintage playset in mint, never opened.
The original shrink-wrap displays 3 splits & tears.

Figural N.Y.C. Police Pistol Award Ashtray, 1948.
A very unusual
New York Police memorabilia item. It is a Lucite ashtray which holds a gold-tone
metal figure of a policeman aiming his pistol. The officer measures 5 ¼" in height,
while the entire piece measures approx. 5 ¾" in height. The width of the ashtray
is approx. 4 ½" square. The base is a clear Lucite with a green swirl marble
showing through. Around the top edges of the piece, are incised "New York Mirror"
(A New York daily newspaper); "International Police Pistol Tournament";
& "Teaneck-1948." These marks are on three sides of the ashtray, with
the front left blank (most likely for the awardees name). The metal figure is bolted
to the Lucite base.
CONDITION:
Condition of this item is very good to excellent,
with NO chips, cracks, or missing pieces. There is only minor discoloration to the
pistol in the officer's hand, which most likely can be cleaned.
